Dutch permanent residence permit through investment or registering a company

Our Firm offers you a unique and secure possibility to obtain a permanent residence permit in the Netherlands through investment and registration of a company, or through purchasing a existing company. How does it works? Easy:

Option 1: registering a new company

  1. We set up a new company for you.
  2. This company will open a bank account.
  3. You will be registered as the General Director of that company.
  4. We will apply for your permit based on the fact that you are the General Director of your Dutch company.
  5. You transfers at least €50,000.= to the bank account of your company.
  6. You and your family members (younger then 18 years old) can travel easily to the Netherlands
  7. Every three months your company will be charged for the accountant costs, administration costs, the government Tax fees, the national insurance, the social insurances, etc. which you have to pay timely and consequently.
  8. You can work within all of the EU and off course outside the EU.
  9. Total costs of your company during each year will be approximately €38,000.= except the first year which approximately will be €68,000.=
  10. You have to pay these costs at least 5 years at a row after which you and your family members can apply for a permanent permit and a Dutch passport
  11. Your total costs after 5 years will approximately be €220,000.=

Option 2: purchasing a existing company

  1. You have at least €300,000.= budget to invest
  2. We will find a company which meets your needs and your budget.
  3. We will investigate the books and the administration of this company.
  4. You purchase the company; you will be the owner of that existing company.
  5. After purchasing, you will be registered as the General Director of that company.
  6. We will apply for your permit based on the fact that you are the General Director of your Dutch company.
  7. You and your family members can travel easily to the Netherlands
  8. You can work within all of the EU and off course outside the EU.
  9. After 5 years you and your family members can apply for a permanent permit and a Dutch passport

You should know:

  • You can pay the annual costs (€38,000.=) in 4 terms (of €9,500.=); you do not need to pay the annual costs at once.
  • It is important that you actually do some business with your company.
  • It does not matter if your company doesn't make profit
  • If you have a driving license, we will apply for conversion of it to a Dutch driving license so that you do not have to take driving lessons and a driving exam.
  • You do not need an office for your company. You can work from home.
  • We will take care of all the tax, juridical and the administration issues of your company.
  • The entire process from the start and the moment that you can travel to the Netherlands will take 3 to 6 weeks

  • Website and email address for your company
  • A secretary service who will answer your phone, receive your post and communicate with you. This way you don't need to employ a secretary
  • Experts' help for when you would like to buy a house/property

Which documents are required to start the procedure:

  • A copy of your passport and the passport of each member of you family
  • Your Resume/C.V.
  • Diplomas
  • Driver’s License
  • A government declaration of good (non-criminal) behavior
  • A power of attorney, through the notary, which provides International Law Firm Taheri B.V. the right to register a company to your name and to open a bank account for your company.
